Transfer is the ultimate objectives for students with special education services. The idea is to take what they are learning in small groups and apply them to large group settings or in scaffolded lessons and apply them to real-life problem solving.

- Learning the steps to determine elapsed time is expected to transfer to problem solving regarding how to get to a certain place on time.
